Chistie, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 and Mr. B. Deuri, learned counsel for respondent No.3 assure this Court that the amount which is due to the petitioner would be given in due course. In view of above, the contempt petition stands closed with the understanding that the respondent authorities shall ensure grant of pensionary dues to the petitioner without delay.
