None is present on behalf of the petitioner. 2. On 23.09.2025 this Court had passed the following order:- "Heard Sri Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. The present petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned First Information Report No.0576/2025 dated 12.08.2025, under Sections 316(2), 310(2), 308(5), 351(3), 352, 115(2), 111(2)(b) BNS, Police Station Purakalander, District Ayodhya, contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition." On perusal of the FIR, it appears that contents of the FIR in the copy filed by the petitioner are incomplete. Learned A.G.A. seeks three days' time to produce the original complaint/FIR. List on 26.09.2025 as fresh. By the next date of listing, the Investigating Officer shall also inform about current status of the investigation." 3. Learned A.G.A on the basis of instructions dated 25.09.2025 received from Ranjeet Kumar, Investigating Officer/Incharge Crime Branch district Ayodhya submit that the accused Krishna Chandra prabhanjan @ Guddu @ Krishna i.e. the petitioner was arrested on 24.09.2025 and was given in the judicial custody on remand. He further submit that the half of the complaint was recorded in the FIR by the computer operator while submitting on CCTNS, therefore, after completing of the remaining part of the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arvind Kumar, Ajay Deep Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Krishna Chandra Prabhanjan @ Guddu @ Krishna Prabhanjan Yadav .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Deptt. Home Civil Sectt. Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) complaint, it was submitted on 13.08.2025 on the G.D No.36 at 13.44 at Police Station Poorakalandar district Ayodhya. Thus, the mistake committed in lodging of the FIR has been corrected. 4. It has also been submitted that as per instructions dated 04.10.2025, charge-sheet no.540 of 2025 has been prepared on 01.10.2025 against the accused. Thus, this petition has been rendered infructuous. 5. However the Senior Superintendent of Police/Superintendent of Police Ayodhya is directed to look into the matter and do the needful for lodging of the complete FIR on the basis of complaint and ensure that such mistake does not happen in future by the concerned persons. 6. The petition is accordingly dismissed. 7. Senior Registrar of this Court shall communicate a copy of this order to the Senior Superintendent of Police/Superintendent of Police, Ayodhya forthwith.
