Case No. 43/2020. 3. The grand-father of the informant had gone to the forest to graze ox but he did not return and on search his dead-body was found under the tree. 4. It has been alleged that some of the children had seen the petitioner and two other persons taking away the deceased. 5. In similar circumstances one of the co-accused Amrit Topno has been granted bail by this Court in B.A.No. 18 of 2025. Another co-accused, namely, Mangra Topno @ Tej Kumar Topno has also been granted bail in B.A.No. 2354/2021. The petitioner seems to have been implicated only on suspicion and he is in custody since 26.03.2025. 6. Regard being had to the above, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
