Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, submits that he does not want to press this petition, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to which, there is no objection by learned A.G.A. 4. In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
