Singh, learned AGA for the State and Sri Anil K. Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent no.3. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0364 of 2025, under Sections 69, 351(3), 308(2) of B.N.S. 2023 and Section 3 of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion, Act, 2021, Police Station- Vibhuti Khand, District- Lucknow. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that the petitioner may be given liberty to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law and direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. 5. Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue and considering the aforesaid request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law within a period of three weeks from today and if the anticipatory bail application is filed within the aforesaid stipulated time, the same may be disposed of with expedition. 6.
