Order 10/06/2025 This bail application has been filed by the accused-petitioner under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S. in respect of FIR No.174/2021 registered with Police Station Malpura Gate, Jaipur City (East) for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been arrested on 12.05.2025 pursuant to an FIR lodged on 06.04.2021. The petitioner is a lady and already a civil litigation is going on between the complainant and the petitioner. The matter is of civil nature which can be decided by the Civil Court and the trial is likely to take considerable time. Learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed the bail application. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is hereby allowed. The accused-petitioner Smt. Kesar Devi W/o Kalu Ram Saini shall be released on bail in pursuance of FIR No.174/2021 registered with Police Station Malpura Gate, Jaipur City (East) on furnishing personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sureties of the like amount. That apart, the accused-petitioner shall also follow the conditions as under:- (i) She shall not tamper with any evidence, nor would influence the witnesses in the case. (ii) She shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. (iii) She shall co-operate in the trial and shall attend each and every date of hearing in the trial, until and unless her presence is exempted by the trial Court. (ANAND SHARMA (V.
