Secy. Mini. Of Finance Jeevan Deep Building Sansad Marg New Delhi And 7 Others .....Respondent(s) authorities but nothing has been done in the matter and, therefore, this petition has been filed. Shri Nitin Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for Bank of India, Branch Jehta, Lucknow has produced before this Court a copy of the handwritten application of the Shivam Singh Yadav, i.e., petitioner dated 18.01.2025 wherein it has been stated that the petitioner had taken a commercial loan from the Bank of India Branch at Jehta but has suffered loss in business and, therefore, closed down the business. He was unable to return bank loan in time. He is now working in private job which is purely temporary and, therefore, some more time may be granted by the Bank to the petitioner to repay the loan with interest. The loan Account has been clearly mentioned in the said handwritten application which matches the loan account mentioned in the petitioner's application allegedly made to the Lokpal/Ombudsman of RBI. We find no good ground to show interference as prayed. Writ petition stands dismissed. December 8, 2025 mks WRIC No. 11660 of 2025 2 (Amitabh Kumar Rai,J.) (Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra,J.)
