We are now in the year 2025. The petitioner is himself an informant, therefore, he was a person aggrieved, but somehow this petition was treated as Public Interest Litigation and treated accordingly. In any case the investigation must have been completed by now, therefore, we see no reason to proceed any further in this matter. 3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
