The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to count the services of the petitioners rendered as daily wager for the purpose of determination of pension and other retiral benefits and also to ensure the payment of retiral dues accordingly under the old pension scheme along with all consequential benefits in the interest of justice in the light of the judgment and order dated 04.11.2025 in case of Jai Ram Sharma & others vs State of U.P. & others Writ. A no. 731 of 2024." 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representations before opposite party No.2 i.e. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Birendra Kumar Yadav, Amit Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Tej Naryan Shukla And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Rural Engineering Deptt. Lko. In case such representations are filed, the same shall be decided in the light of aforesaid judgment, in case the same is applicable within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
