Petitioner has rushed this Court with a claim that his salary of post of Principal while working on post of Officiating Principal be paid without submitting a detail representation on facts as well as on law before respondent-3 D.I.O.S., Amroha. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with an opportunity to petitioner to submit a detail representation disclosing facts and law on issue and prays that respondent-3 may be directed to decide it expeditiously. 4. Learned Additional C.S.C. submits that in case any detailed representation is filed, the same will be considered and decided by concerned State-respondent in accordance with law. 5. Considering aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that petitioner will submit a detailed representation disclosing all facts and law on said issue before respondent-3 and respondent-3 will decide it in accordance with law after taking note of a judgment of this Court in Raj Kumar Vs.
