Heard Shri Vinod Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioners have prayed for a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal Lucknow to decide the interim relief application filed by the petitioner in S.A. No.752 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the next date has been fixed by DRT as 06.04.2026. 4. The petitioners have not made any request to the DRT for early disposal of their application for interim relief. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by observing that in case the petitioners file an application for fixing an early date for disposal of their application for interim relief before the DRT, the DRT shall pass appropriate order on the said application.
