Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), First, Faizabad, to decide complaint case no.1274 of 2019 (Sahab Bux Vs. Aditya Traders Prop. Manoj Dhar Dubey and others) filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2019. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that under Section 143(3) of the N.I. Act, it is provided that every trial under this Section shall be conducted as expeditiously as possible and endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within six months from the date of filing of the complaint. He has submitted that since long time, the case is pending without substantial progress. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to adhere to the provisions of Section 143(3) of the N.I.
