Facts of case warrant interference of this Court even without issuing notices to respondents-5 and 6 i.e. Secretary and Principal of Beacon Institute of Technology, Bypass Road, Partapur, Meerut, a recognized and affiliated college from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut that despite a specific direction from University whereby the termination order of petitioner was directed to be not enforceable with a further direction that in case petitioner and other Dr. Meena Sharma are not permitted to join services at institution concerned, adverse order could be passed which shall include not to allow institution to intake admission for academic year 2024-25, still petitioner is not allowed to join. Dr. Meena Sharma is not before this Court. 3. In view of above, considering submissions of learned counsel for rival parties, it is observed that since order dated 31.03.2024 has now been directed to be not enforceable and by a communication-cum-order dated 22.03.2024, petitioner was directed to join services and since this order dated 22.03.2024 has not been challenged by institution concerned, therefore, institution concerned is under legal obligation to follow it. Court also takes note of subsequent orders issued by respondent-University, therefore, respondents- 5 and 6 are directed to allow petitioner to join services in the institution and for that petitioner will be present in office of institution on 20.02.2025 at 10.00 AM. 5. In case of default and consequently, if the petitioner is constrains to approach this Court again, this Court may take it adversely against the institution. 6. Respondent-University is also directed that if this order is not complied with and a report is not submitted before this Court through Registrar General of this Court within a week, he will be at liberty to pass an adverse order against institution concerned including to show cause notice as to why not its recognition be withdrawn. 7.
