The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 43/2020. 3. It has been alleged that the grand-father of the informant had gone to the forest to graze ox but he did not return and on search his dead-body was found beneath the tree. 4. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and seems to have been implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused Mangra Topno @ Tej Kumar Topno who has already been granted bail by this Court in B.A.No. 2354/2021. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2025. It would thus appear that the petitioner has been implicated only on account of suspicion. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
