Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. In the present case, the petitioner challenges the impugned order rejecting her claim under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana. 3. Upon perusal of the documents, it is clear that the claim of the petitioner was made with an inordinate delay of 700 days. Furthermore, in the impugned order, it is categorically stated that the petitioner did not provide any proof of being a farm owner or of being a bataidar. 4. In light of the same, upon perusal of the impugned order and the documents annexed to the writ petition, we are unable to assist the petitioner, as no proof has been annexed therein to indicate that the deceased, who is the son of the petitioner, was a bataidar. 5.
