Case No. 729/2024, registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 75, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of daughter of informant by means of Dabiya. Doctor has found grievous injury. 4.
