"It is most respectfully submitted as here below, The above writ petition was filed seeking issuance of a writ of habeas corpus on the ground that the petitioner's son was unlawfully detained, allegedly by the Nelamangala Rural Police. The petitioner has now been informed and has ascertained that the petitioner's son has been lawfully arrested by the Nelamangala Rural Police in crime No.53/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections of B.N.S. As the petitioner's son is in the custody of Nelamangala Rural Police the petition filed by the petitioner does not survive for
consideration. As the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present writ petition further, seeking permission of this Honourable Court to withdraw the same. Wherefore, the petitioner most humbly prays before this Honorable Court that this
