No. 9 of 2024 Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Judge (Oral) It is heartening to note that both the parties have amicably settled their disputes whereby the respondent in Cr. R. 2 2025:HHC:13050 (FC) No. 8 of 2024, has agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lacs), as one time settlement, in four equal installments, the first installment whereof to be paid on or before 15.05.2025, the second installment on or before 15.07.2025, the third installment on or before 15.10.2025 and the fourth installment on or before 31.12.2025, by remitting the same to the bank account of the petitioner-Shivani in Cr. R. (FC) No. 8 of 2024. 2. Accordingly, both these petitions are disposed of on the basis of the compromise. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply the bank account so as to enable the respondent- Anubhav Rana to pay the amount as agreed to the petitioner- Shivani. 3. For compliance to come up on 01.01.2026. However, it is made clear that in case the respondent-Anubhav Rana does not comply with the terms agreed upon, it shall be open to the petitioner-Shivani to make a mention and have this petition revived.
