Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. Though the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have made representation before the respondents, however it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that they have not received any representation from the petitioners. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to make a fresh representation before the respondents, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the same, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, pass orders, on merits and in accordance with Tamil Nadu Basic Services Rules, within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter. 5.
