Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chowka P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chandil. On 18.11.2024, at about 9:00 P.M., petitioner along with co-accused persons were apprehended by the villagers while they were committing dacoity in the house of the informant. It is alleged that they also committed dacoity in the house of another person. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
