In the agricultural fI'elds of one Sri Ko{huru Reddappa Reddy, a panther was stucked in the snare and had died. on receipt of such information, the investigating agency found that accused Nos.1 and 2 used {o fix snare for wild pigs to prevent spoiling the crops in the agricultural lands and their intention for Hi]= snare isthat some timesLo eat the wild pI|g meat. The confessional statements of accused Nos.1 and 2 dI'SCIOSed the involvement of the other accused persons also. Therefore the accused including the petitioners herein, are pFiflutrfe liable for Prosecution and Punishment for the Offence under Which the Case has been registered. 6. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, formally opposed the bail application contending that the allegations are well founded and the petitioners does not deserve grant of pre-arrest bail.
