Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings which was initiated as against the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. p. 3 W.P.No.43510 of 2025 4.
