Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police registered a case in Crime No.84 of 2019 of Rompicherla Police Station, Guntur District, for the offence U/secs.354-A, 506 IPC on 30.03.2019 against the 4th respondent and investigated into the case. 4. The writ petition is filed alleging that police did not register the case basing on the report of the writ petitioner. Now, the instructions of learned Assistant Government Pleader would disclose that police already registered a case basing on the report of the writ petitioner. Nothing remains for further adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
