No.618 of 2025. 2.The case was registered in Cr.No.298 of 2018 dated 23.10.2018 for the alleged offence under Section 379 and 430 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The allegation against the accused is that he committed theft of ¼ unit of river sand using bullock cart. It is submitted that the accused has been attending the Court regularly.
