At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the matter relates to the grant of an inter-state permit and many operators/transporters have made an objection, however, the said objectors/transporters have not been made party respondents, therefore, the present petition is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable. 2. Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file duly constituted petition making the concerned objectors/transporters as party respondents. 3.
