Vide present application, the applicants seek to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased Gokul Vishwanath Nawgire. The proposed applicants i.e. the legal representatives are mentioned as applicant nos.2A and 2B. 5. Ms. Laxmi Thakur further submits that original claimant no.4 Shivaji Nawgire is also died. The legal representatives of deceased claimant no.4 Shivaji are also sought to be brought on record as applicant nos.4A, 4B, 4C and 4D. 6. Mr. S. S. Dande, learned AGP for respondent no.1 and Mr. A. M. Gaikwad, learned Advocate for respondent nos.2 and 3 fairly express that they do not have any objection for bringing on record the legal representatives of respective claimants. 7. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses ‘A’ and ‘D’. 8. She further prays that the Civil Application may be allowed permitting her to bring on record present applicant nos.1 and 2 in the capacity of legal representatives of deceased Mahadev Ghotkar. 3. Learned AGP Mr. S. S. Dande for respondent nos.1 and 2 and learned Advocate Mr. Gaikwad for respondent no.3, do not oppose the application, hence, following order: a. For the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application stands allowed. b. Applicants are permitted to amend the title clause of the appeal and applications therein respectively by incorporating the names of applicant nos.1 and 2 of this application. c.
