Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- "1.Issue a writ of mandamus comrnanding the opp. parties to grant all consequential service benefits including arrears of salary from the date of dismissal from service dated 4.3.2009 to the date of reinstatement in service dated 07.07.2015 with fixation of pay after giving increments to the petitioner in view of order dated 10.09.2024 passed by the opp. party No.3 forthwith." 3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Director General of Police, U.P., Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
