Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the respondent authority to taken into consideration the service period spent by the petitioners, while undergoing training before he was appointed as constable for calculating 19 years of service for granting one additional increment according to the Government Order dated 02.12.2000." 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty are granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representations before opposite party No.4 i.e. The Superintendent of Police, District Raebareli or any other competent authority. In case such representations are filed, the same shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
