Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the same during the course of hearing. Sri Vijay Shanker Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Kamleshwar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present. The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1403 of 2019, (State Vs. Satyendra Kumar) arising out of Case Crime No. 455 of 2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of I.P.C., Police Station- Jasrana, District- Firozabad, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 27.07.2019 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
