By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite party no.2/Secretary, U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority to decide petitioner's application dated 26.11.2025 for recall/revision of recovery certificate bearing no.I/316697/2025 dated 18.10.2025. 3. Keeping in view the nature of reliefs sought and the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to opposite party no.5 is dispensed with. 4. The learned counsel for the opposite parties no.1 and 2 stated that the petitioner's application shall be decided expeditiously. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off by issuing a direction to the opposite party No.2/Secretary, U.P.
