Through the instant petition prayer is made for issuance of directions to the respondents to take action on the recommendations of respondent No.4 – Deputy Commissioner, Bathinda against respondents No. 6 & 7 and further for issuance of directions to the official respondents to remove respondent No.7, from Chairmanship of School Management Committee, and further to stop him from interfering in the school affairs. 2. Upon notice, today the learned State counsel has filed short affidavit of Maninder Kaur, District Education Officer (EE) Bathinda, on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 5, same is taken on record. The affidavit (supra), speaks about the factum that the compromise has been effected between respondents No. 6 & 7. The relevant part of the affidavit is SATYAWANextracted hereinafter : 2025.05.17 12:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-3692-2021 (O&M) 2 “That, it is respectfully submitted that the respondent no 4 i.e., Deputy Commissioner Bathinda conducted an inquiry in the compliance of judgment dated 22.08.2020 of the Hon'ble High Court in CWP No. 12808/2020 and on the basis of inquiry report issued directions to ADC(D) Bathinda to take an action against the respondent no. 7. The ADC(D) Bathinda has sent this inquiry report to his higher authority i.e., Rural Development & Panchayat Department Punjab. In the compliance of inquiry report recommendations the said department passed an order dated 10.05.2021 that there was a dispute between the petitioner and respondent no. 7 which was settled down by the influencing persons of the village on the basis of affidavit given by the petitioner dated 15.03.2021 that she does not want to take any further action against the respondent no. 7 and on the basis of facts mentioned above the notice issued to the respondent no.7 was filed by the Rural Development & Panchayat Department Punjab. The copy of the order dated 10.05.2021 is annexed herewith as Annexure R-III.” 3. In view of the specific information provided to this Court by filing affidavit (supra), learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the instant petition at this stage. 4.
