The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hazaribag A.C.B. P.S. Case No.5 of 2025, for the offence registered under section 7(a) of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, ACB, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2025 and the allegation is that Rupees ten thousand has been demanded which has not been recovered from his possession and the charge sheet has already been submitted. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent ACB appeared through Video Conferencing has opposed the prayer and submits that recovery is there from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Considering that the charge sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, ACB, Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribag A.C.B.
