Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 26.10.2025 received from Sri Vinod Kumar Yadav, Sub Inspector, Police Station Kudwar, District Sultanpur, submits that charge sheet under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. was submitted against the accused persons and thereafter they have been acquitted by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge / Fast Track Court-I, Sultanpur in Criminal Case No.672/2025 by means of judgment and order dated 14.10.2025, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous. The said instructions are taken on record. 5. Dismissed accordingly. 6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
