The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 903 of 2022. 4. From perusal of the materials available on record, I am not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.
