2 The present Writ Appeal is filed against the interim order passed in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in W.P.No.9522 of 2025. 2. The petitioner filed I.A.No.3 of 2025 seeking modification of the order of the learned single Judge dated 10.04.2025. The learned single Judge had, after recording the submissions of the
learned counsel for the 5*^^ respondent, directed the 5**^ respondent to accept Practical Examination Fee on or before 15.04.2025. It was also made clear in the order that the direction to the 5*'^ respondent was given only on account of undertaking given by the writ petitioner regarding the balance fee.
3. There is a dispute with regard to the balance fee payable. According to
4. the petitioner, the balance fee is about Rs.20,00,000/- only whereas the th balance fee payable by the petitioner as per the contention of the 5 respondent is about Rs.70,00,000/-. The present writ appeal is filed seeking to set aside the order passed by the learned single Judge in I.A.No.3 of 2025.
