At the very outset, on oral request of learned counsel for the applicant, he is permitted to amend the prayer in the application, during the course of the day. The application has been filed with prayer for direction to the trial Court to accept single surety in anticipatory bail granted to the applicant in Case Crime No.725 of 2024, under Sections 74, 352, 351(3), 333 of BNS, Police Station - PGI, District - Lucknow. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant's financial condition is very poor that is why he is unable to arrange two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each and he prays that this Court may direct to arrange one surety of Rs.50,000/- and personal bond of Rs.50,000/-. In view of aforesaid submission, the trial Court is directed to accept one surety of Rs.50,000/- and personal bond of Rs.50,000/- in anticipatory bail granted to the applicant. Accordingly, the order dated 28.11.2025 passed by Session Judge, Lucknow is modified to the extent. The application stands disposed of.
