The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the applicants to take steps for service of notice upon the sole respondent by way of substitute service by publishing the notice in two well circulated Local Dailies (one in English and one in local language) for two consecutive days. It has been submitted by learned counsel that the respondent refused to accept the earlier notice served upon him and as such, the applicants have been compelled to file the present application. We have considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the applicants and we are of the view that it would be in the interest of justice to allow this application.
