Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the State, Learned counsel for the Nagar Nigam, Lucknow and perused the records. On 15-12-2025, the following order was passed:- "It is apparent from the order dated 4th December 2025 that all the papers pertaining to the reimbursement of a medical claim have been prepared by the Nagar Swasthya Adhikari, Nagar Nigam, Lucknow, and the same have been sent to the office of the Chief Medical Officer, Lucknow for approval. Learned counsel for the State prays for and is granted two days time to seek instructions as to whether the Chief Medical Officer, Lucknow has passed any order on the papers sent by the Nagar Swasthya Adhikari. List on 18th December 2025 in the list of fresh cases. It is observed that if the approval is not granted, the Chief Medical Officer, Lucknow shall file his personal affidavit showing the reason for the same." In compliance of the order aforesaid, the personal affidavit of Chief Medical Officer, Lucknow has been filed. Alongwith that, the recommendation dated 18-12-2025, of the Chief Medical Officer over the payment of the medical claim, has also been placed, which is taken on record and that shall be the part of the records. Learned counsel for the State submits that the Chief Medical Officer, Lucknow, on his own part, has recommended for payment of the medical claims of the petitioner and now, it is to the Municipal Corporation to make the payment of the same. In view of the above, the competent authority of the Municipal Corporation, Lucknow is hereby directed to make payment of the medical reimbursement of the petitioner within period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
