Brief facts of the case are that, on 19.02.2025 at about20:40 hours, the complainant namely Mungara Malini is a widow women and having son namely Mungara Viabhav reddy together went for Shopping and While they were returning, one car followed their car and dashed and stopped in front of their car, and 7 unknown male persons with monkey Cap tried tO broke the glasses of the car wI-th knives, On Seeing that passers who were going on t!!e road stopped and on seeing them, the accused fled away. on the report of the complajnant, during the course of investigation, A4 was arrested on o8.05.2025 and he confessed that Al and A2 dI-reCted him and other accused to kill LW2. Hence, FIR. 3. Heard Mr.A.Satish Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.P.AkhI|Ia Naidu, learned AssI-Slant Public Prosecutor. 4, Perused the record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petl'tioners were falsely jmpl['cated in this case and the genesis of the matter lies jn the matrI-mOnjal discord between the daughter of the lst petitioner and the son of the de-facto complainant and their marrlage was happened on 15.04.2022. He further submI-tS that the petitioners have absolutely no connectI'On With the alleged I'nCident of attempted assault and damage to de-facto complajnant7s vehl'cle. He further submI'tS {ha{ the petitioners are respectable members of socI-ety, and theI-r arrest would not only be a personal huml-IiationJbut also cause signI'fiCant distress to their family and community. Therefore, prays to allow the crI-m[-niat p;etjtI-On. '\+ 6. On the contrary, learned Assistant public Prosecutor vehemently opposed grant of bail and urged to dismI-SS the CrimI'nal PetjtjOn. 7. The materI'al on record reveals that, the daughter of the lst petI-tjOner namely M.Bindu Reddy marrI-ed the son of de-facto complal'nant (M.Vaibhav Reddy) and their marrI-age was taken place on 15.04.2022. Thereafter, matrimonI-al disputes cropped between the family of the lst petitioner and de- facto complaILnant7s famI-ly. Moreover, the FIR does not disclose the names of the petitioners except for the confession of Accused No.4] there are no other materllal tO establish the proximity of the petitioners jn the offence. ln view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail with the followI'ng conditions: i. [n the event of arrest of the petitioners, the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the II'ke Sum each to the Satisfaction Of the COnCerned Investigating Officer; ii. The petitioners shall mark their attendance before the Investigating officer once in a fortnight i.e., on lst and 15th of every month between 10.00 A.M and 01:00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet. iii. The petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation by a police officer as and when required, and they shall not, dI-reCtly Or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade her from disclosing such facts tO the Court or to any police officer. 9.
