However, the same was not implemented. Hence, the petitioner filed a Contempt Petition. The said Contempt Petition was closed, recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader that the gate was removed by the official respondent. 2. Since the gate was not removed, the petitioner filed the present application to reopen the Contempt for wilful disobedience by the respondent / contemnor. Hence, this Court, by order dated 21.11.2025, directed the respondent/ contemnor to appear before this Court and to file a status report explaining as to why incorrect information had been furnished to the learned Special Government Pleader. 3. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 21.11.2025, Thiru.S.Udayam, Tahsildar, Poonamallee Taluk, has appeared before this Court today and filed the status report dated 27.11.2025 stating that the order of this Court has been complied with. 4. In view of the above, this Court finds that there is no wilful disobedience.
