The petitioner had submitted an online application on 25.10.2025 and 12.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondent No.2 is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondent No.2 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully descried in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the respondent No.2, the respondent No.3 shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
