It is contended that after the second motion was moved, an application dated 31.01.2025 was moved for waiving off the cooling period which is pending consideration before Principal Judge, Family Court, Etawah. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said application. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the respondent, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon Principal Judge, Family Court, Etawah to proceed with the application dated 31.01.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order keeping in view the decision of Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in case of Amardeep Singh versus Harveen Kaur, (2017) 8 SCC 746.
