No.618 of 2025. 2. This case is registered for the alleged offence u/s.147, 148, 307 r/w.149, 427, 323 of IPC, 1860 and 506(ii) of IPC, 1860. This occurrence is of the year 2000. It is stated that the prime accused and the defacto complainant are brothers. All the accused unlawfully assembled and attacked the defacto complainant. It is seen that for some of the accused the case was committed and even the result of the committal case is not to be known. As it is stated that the records are not at all available, both in the Court as well as with the Police. This PRC is pending in respect of the rest of the accused against whom warrant is said to be pending. 3. A perusal of the nature of the injuries, it can be seen that it is not so serious. The defacto complainant is also not to be traced out. Under these circumstances, this PRC need not be kept pending on the file of the Magistrate any more.
