Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Meenakshi Singh, learned counsel for the State and perused the record. Instant writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs :- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to make payment of post-retiral dues such as Full Amount of Gratuity, Leave Encashment, EPF, GIS, etc, to the petitioner, forthwith. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to make payment of other service benefits to the petitioner, forthwith." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation on 05- 04-2025 before the opposite party no. 2/Milk Commissioner, U.P. Lucknow/Registrar, Milk Cooperative Societies, Lucknow and the same is pending consideration. He further submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the opposite party no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. Learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contentions aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the opposite party no. 2/Milk Commissioner, U.P. Lucknow/Registrar, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, Akshat Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Shanker Lal Govind Singh Sengar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) Milk Cooperative Societies, Lucknow, is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 05-04-2025 within a period of two months, in accordance with law, from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
