Petitioner is serving as Lecturer (Economics) at GSSS Ghiri, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, District Mandi. His grievance is that he has preferred a representation on 21.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) seeking his transfer on account of certain adverse family circumstances. However, the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. -2- 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 21.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of three weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
