From a perusal of the letter dated 18th August, 2025 issued by the Canara Bank to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, it is clear that the stay that was continuing was vacated by an order dated 11th August, 2025 by the Civil Court. 3. In light of the above, the District Magistrate is directed to immediately act in accordance with law and comply with the directions passed in Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 order within a period of eight weeks from date. 4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
