Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The instant criminal revision has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble High Court may graciously be pleased to allow the revision, and set aside the impugned judgment & order dated 30.10.2025 passed by Learned Addl. District and Session Judge/Special Judge POCSO Act Court No. 1, Lucknow in Criminal Appeal No.315/2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 214/2025 under Section 137 and 87 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, P.S.: Indra Nagar, District-Lucknow and direct the concerned authority to determine the age of the revisionist in tune with the provision under Section 94 of the JJ Act, 2015." On account of some formal defects crept in the revision, learned counsel for the revisionist prays for withdrawal of the present revision with liberty to the revisionist to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the revision to the learned counsel for the revisionist as per rules.
