Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Alok Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State, Mr. Pankaj Patel, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and perused the record. Instant petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "1-Writ order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus' commanding to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in the light of Rule 2016 issued by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh. 2- Writ order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus' commanding to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner since the date of promulgation of Rule 2016 or since the date similarly situated or juniors to the petitioner have been regularized in the Institution/Department. 3- Any other or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the interest of justice." After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to give liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2 and he may be directed to consider & decide the same, within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the opposite parties have no objection to the contention aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merit of the case, the petitioner is Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sati Prasad Singh @ Satish Kumar Singh, Ajai Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Pankaj Patel Dinesh Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And Another .....Respondent(s) permitted to move a fresh representation within period of 15 days, and if such representation is moved within aforesaid period, the respondent no. 2/Secretary, Adyodhya Development Authority, District Ayodhya, is hereby directed to consider and decide the same, within further period of eight weeks, in accordance with law, from the date, a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
