Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.5. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to opposite party nos.2 to 5 to make fresh bid in respect of fisheries patta situated at Village Bisendi bearing Gata No.295 area 1.898 hectare. The petitioner is also seeking cancellation of the order dated 08.11.2024, whereby fisheries patta has been given in favour of respondent no.6. 3. Upon perusal of the documents, we find that writ petition has been filed only on 19.09.2025 approximately 10 months after the tender granted in favour of respondent no.6. 4. In light of the inordinate delay in filing of this writ petition, we do not find it a fit case to entertain by way of a writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
