By means of present petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "a). Issue writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus and direct the respondents to consider and transfer the petitioner from District Mahoba to District Prayagraj on a compassionate ground, within specified period of time." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard, petitioner has already moved representation dated 22.10.2014 and thereafter reminder on 09.12.2024. Learned counsel for the respondent does not have any objection in the event direction is issued to the competent authority to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner in the time bound period. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the concerned respondent no. 3, to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of one month from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
